8th Annual Miss Tri-Cities Beauty Pageant
Kingsport Town Center will host the 8th Annual Miss Tri-Cities Beauty Pageant on Saturday, April 17th, 2010 at 4:00 pm in Sears Court. Registration will begin at 3:00 pm.
